Immediate measures – Procurement of repair materials for ViK Ulcinj (Short-term improvement of ViK Ulcinj’s performance through the procurement and calibration of water meters for consumers where this was not previously possible, as well as the procurement of repair materials).
Stage II (commencement: 3 August 2016):
- Activities of the Consultant for project implementation (Inception stage, drawing up of design and tender documentation).
Stage III (commencement: 16 February 2023):
- Works execution and engineering supervision
Systematic improvement of the water supply and wastewater disposal system, as well as the improvement of environmental conditions.
Preparation for the implementation of the stage II of the improvement of the wastewater infrastructure.

- Drawing up an updated feasibility study for wastewater infrastructure
Stage II:
- Selection of the Impplementation Consultant
(Creation of studies, project and tender documentation)
Stage III:
- Implementation of the tender procedure for the contractor
Systematic improvement of the wastewater disposal system and improvement of environmental conditions
Strengthening the capacity of ViK Ulcinj, through the improvement of operations, technical and financial management, as well as the quality of services for citizens and the tourism industry.
Modernization of ViK's business, improvement of transparency and efficiency in work, improvement of business performance, as a basis for future investment programs in the field of water supply and wastewater disposal in Ulcinj.
