Vodacom is a joint service and coordination company for water and wastewater services for the Montenegrin Coast. It was established in 2005 after the Government of Montenegro (GoM) recognized the need for active efforts to improve water supply and sewerage infrastructure along the Montenegrin coast.
Vodacom was established by the Government of Montenegro and the Municipalities of Bar, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, and Herceg Novi as a Project-Executing Agency (PEA) for the implementation of the “Water Supply and Sanitation Adriatic Coast” project. The Municipality of Ulcinj joined Vodacom in 2012. Throughout project implementation, Vodacom serves as the link that collaborates with and coordinates among the government, ministries, municipalities, water utilities, consultants, designers, contractors, and international fdonors and creditors. Over the years, Vodacom has conducted its operations based on the following core values serving as our guiding principles: the knowledge and expertise of our employees, cooperativeness, responsibility, innovation, initiative, and ethical conduct.
Vodacom’s mission is to act as a service and coordination company, providing high-quality consulting services to the municipalities and water utilities along the Montenegrin coast so as to ensure reliable water supply and wastewater management services for both the population and the economy, supporting the economic development of the coastal region.
Our vision is to be a consulting company that both improves the technical, technological, and economic-financial standards of operations in the water supply and wastewater management sector and enhanses standards in the implementation of investments across the Montenegrin coastal region.
