Phase I

Water Supply and Sanitation at the Adriatic Coast, Phase I (the so-called Immediate Measures) was related to improvement of water supply in Herceg Novi, Bar, Budva, Tivat, Cetinje and Ulcinj.

This phase was implemented in 2004 – 2005.

The value of investment measures amounted to €5,500,000.00, and it was financed out of the loan provided by a consortium of five Montenegrin banks.
